vertical resize issue

When all my contacts are online (or I have the offline list showing) the bottom of the list goes under the dock (aligned bottom left).

Yup, this is a known, and unfortunately unsolvable issue. We have no way of knowing how far your dock extends, so we can't avoid going under it. Sorry
