auto send a message

is there a way to type a message and then have it send to a person when that person signs on line. for example i have to go out right now but i want to inform my friend of a concert and send him the link with details but hes not online can i type this stuff to him the like when he signs online have it send automaticly

Doubleclick on his name in your contact list, type your message and press Send. Then select Send later.

Get Info on the contact, go to the Events tab, add Signs On and then add action with the message. Tada
