Adium in the Mac Community!

How well known is Adium in the Mac world? I was thinking that Adium should do a poll some anaylsis if you will of how well used Adium is, how well it is used compared to other clients. Who uses it and what accounts they use (Aol, msn) and why they use it?

If it turns out there is room for Adium to spread then the information collected could be used to target these users in the run up and release of Adium 1.0.

Remember that idea of a Get Adium site?

Are you asking for a 'do you know Adium' poll on adiumx.com?

Most people seem to know about it, at least people who uses IM.

when you look at those list of the must have apps for mac adium shows up there 99% of the time
