Just for clarity, here are the questions with an explanation on how to get some of them:

What language are you running Adium in?
What version? - Go to Adium (by the apple at the top left) and then About Adium.
What's the format of the disk on which you're running Adium? - In Finder, get info on the hard disk. The hard disk should be on your desktop.

Just a slightly off topic note:

This is why I love the Adium community (perhaps the mac community as a whole). Someone comes in here with a problem and everyone on the forums scrambles to try to figure it out immediately...
