The "Contact list" option under the "Window" menu should say "Open contact list" or "Close contact list" depending on whether the contact window is open or not since the option is a toggle. I use the borderless window option, so when I'm disconnected there's no indication of whether the contact list is in opened-mode or closed-mode.
Normally, not having an indication is no big deal, but today, I had a weird bug where even though Adium claimed I was connected to AIM, no contacts were shown in my contact list, making it look like I either had the window closed or was disconnected. I'm not sure why no contacts were on my list then, since when I disconnected and reconnected, my contact list returned and showed that my buddies were connected the whole time.
I think I've had this bug before. Is the Adium team aware of it too?
Another bug report: I was setting my friend's buddy icon to a large image file and I used the crop-o-matic window to narrow it down to just her face. After I finish cropping it, the Get Info window showed the wrong part of the image in its picture of the buddy icon. However, the correct part of the image showed up in my contact list and in the tooltip.
This may be already corrected in .8, what with its oversized Get Info window, but I thought I'd put it out here for comment too.
