How do I make new message styles, contact lists, list layouts, dock icons, etc.?

Any help would be appreciated.

Contact List styles you just edit in prefs, and then grab them out of ~/Library/Application Support/Adium 2.0/Contact List/

For Message Styles you have to be able to write HTML and CSS. For both Dock Icons and Message Styles, I suggest doing "show package contents" on a couple of existing ones and seeing how they're put together.
