How to make all text non-bold?

If people's text in MSN is set as bold, whenever I get their messeges, I get them in bold.
I want all the text I send and receive to be regular and not bold.
I remember a while ago there was a script on the Xtras site to do this but its not there anymore.
How can I achieve this ? Thanks
