Right now, I try to move some contacts to other groups. Looks fine so far, but then I delete the empty group that I moved contacts out of. I get an error saying that the group was not removed because something about buddies not showing up in it, and so when I restart Adium, the group is back and so are the previous buddies.
Is there anything I can do to successfully move contacts out of the group? I think if I don't delete the group, then the buddies will still return to it once Adium is restarted.
Also, I noticed that this only happens to certain networks; I believe it doesn't happen on MSN, and that's the only one where I'm pretty certain. I think AIM, as well, but know that YIM and ICQ are problematic.
Any ideas, and does anyone else have this problem on the latest stable build? Maybe I should try the latest beta, but I don't know how to build Adium myself.
