I'm new to Adium and I keep getting this error msg when I open Adium. I have been ignoring it coz I am still able to IM with my MSN contacts but wondering if there is something I should tweak?

You probably don't use a hotmail adres to chat with MSN.
When you sign up with Passport, to go on msn with your own email, you need to confirm this email works.

You should have gotten a mail from microsoft to do this.

When your mail is not verified you can not change your nickname either. People will see your emaill and behind it "(not verified)".

Thanks that has fixed it up. I thoought I had verified but obviously not.
