i think it would be cool if when you roll over a buddy on your buddy list it would show their profile too and not just their away message.

I disagree. Many people have excessively long profiles, that only change infrequently. There's no need to see these things every time you mouse over their name. Furthermore, any links in the profile would be unclickable, so to get the most of the profile, you'd have to open up the get info panel anyway.

I too think this is much. Some people have long enough away messages that make my tooltip extend to the whole length of the screen. I really don't need their profile there too (which is less changing than the away message, and probably why it is currently inaccessible from the tooltips).

Get Info on someone.
Click anther name in your contact list.
Voila! The info window updates to their info.

It's almost as easy, and much less annoying for the rest of us.
