Alignment

How can I (can I?) align the text in my messages to right?
(Right to Left writing)

I presume that depends on the message style. Maybe someone can point you to a message style that is like this.

Can't I actually align the text like I would normally do in TextEdit.app??

Yes, in the same way. Right-click in the text field and change writing direction to right-to-left.

Support for right-to-left writing and reading will be greatly improved in Adium 1.0.

Your preference for RTL will be properly saved and restored automatically in 1.0. I'm not aware of a way to do this in 0.8x.
