i cannot connect to yahoo through adium. i can do it on the yahoo messenger if i click the option: Firewall with no Proxies. but i cannot figure out how to do this similar thing with adium and so i cannot use it for yahoo.. anyone know how to fix this?

Proxies don't work very well in Adium yet.

Try using port 80, see if that fixes it for ya
