ok so this is long:
i have configured 2 aim accounts, 2 yahoo accounts and 1 msn account. 2 aim account are set to login automatically. at somepoint, i dont recall when, aim decided to connect, disconnect, recconect, disconnect so many times that it would block me from attempting to log into aim.

so a weird bit of this, is that if i uncheck the msn box while all the accounts are connecting, aim will connect sometimes.

anyhow, so i decided to remove all the account except for 1 aim account, still a no go same issue. connect, disco, con, disco. so i tried to reinstall adium all together, removing the adium folder in app support, still no good. so i remove everything all together, and go back to .89, no go, same issue.

ive also modified my keychain by deleting all keys. i did port forwarding on my router just for good measure, still same thing.

the aol aim client works just fine, horrid noises and all. yahoo msn every other service works in adium just fine.

can anyone provide any insight, or any sort of debugging i can do to get a better idea as to what is happening?

i have the exact same problem, and i've tried the exact same things with the exact same results. i'd sure like to know if this gets fixed for you
