Transparency - that's 5% transparency - simply set the back colour to the colour of your desktop to create a 0% illusion.

Font - that's Skilkscreen.

Newest desktop. Got OSXplanet and have been quite liking it.

Adium isn't shown, but the dock icon is xAdium (that's the only thing different from my last screenshot).
