Re: Adium Screenshot Thread
Guys please remember the rules, especially rule number 3!
The_Tick wrote:1) No pornography please. Keep things safe for work.
2) Please do not post the full screenshot inline. You may post a scaled down version however. Please keep this to a minimum, 400x400 max.
3) Please include the following information where possible:
- Background link
- Link to all Xtras used.
- Link to any strange new application nobody has heard of.
This is to reduce the amount of replies in order to get this information. Out of these 3, the most important is the Background image link.
4) All screenshots require that Adium be present in them. This is about Adium.

Wow, ya, I'd have to agree.
Yeah, I used to have a whole Mario theme going on, with a screenshot for my wallpaper with all the "?" blocks clickable icons from DragThing. It was really fun, but eventually I just got tired of it, and those few Mario icons are the last remnants. I did a little writeup on it on my blog (click here), if you're interested. I still used my own Adium icon, though, even though it was non-Mario. I tried the Mario ones for a while, but none of them really did it for me -- most lacked good images for all the different status states, and just didn't fit in among the other icons. Maybe someday I'll try my hand at my own. One of him as the Tanooki from SMB3 might be fun, with the "invisible" statue and all. Oh, damn, looks like I've got a project.
I did also have the Mario sound set for Adium going at the time, which was fun.

Icons are by the wonderful David Lanham and are called Sticker System. The collection is not complete, but I know that he's working on more icons for the pack: http://iconfactory.com/freeware/preview/stkr
