widgets running on desktop (used through a terminal command)

wallpaper:
deviantart, some other person here had it for their wallpaper and that's how i found it

any suggestion for nice desktop simplifying /beautifying apps? i'd love to see/use them.

Dont have a glue where the wallpaper and icons are from.
