Contact list is just as transparent as possible, Aliases, custom userpics/icons, and colored names/Aliases to indicate status (away, idle, and so on)
Message window is a slightly modified Ethereal
Err...watching Futurama with NicePlayer (borderless video = good) and a few Yahoo Widgets open on the desktop (calendar, JC stickies and TV Tracker)
I worked really hard on this y'know..

It's a command line IRC client, not Adium.

Yes, I am 1st-tiger on macthemes board.
that team is called Mahuntu,
a replica of ubuntu linux's theme..
it's my work in progress, it's in beta stage now...
here another variation....
