Sorting Contact List

ok, I'm a newbie at Adium and switching from iChat there is only one thing bothering me.

In iChat each status is grouped and that status is then alphabetized. It seems to me that you can only get one or the other (alphabetized or status) in Adium. Is there anyway to have my contact list sorted first off by status, and then by alphabet?

View Menu -> Configure Status Sort

To do this you must first choose "Sort by status"
