How do I change font colour?

Postby Sunnz » Wed Aug 23, 2006 5:43 am

I tried the colour thing in the message windows; and I also tried going to Preference - Messages - Set Font.

But it only changes the font for ONE message... that is, the next message I typed is in the font I wanted, but it resets it back to default after that!!

I don't recommend changing colors since when I changed, 'weirdly' can't go back to Lucida Grande :???: and it Georgia doesn't fit my other message themes. I tried everything but nope... So I had to reinstall Adium  ...

haha personally I'm too scared to dare after mine got stuck on pink for a week. But last time i checked, apple-T has an option down the bottom to "Save as Default" or something like that (in the beta i think) so that seems hopeful.

"Reinstalling Adium" would change nothing about your preferences, Shark.

I'm unaware of any problems with changing colors in Adium 1.0b.
The duck still burns.

Deleting the Adium 2.0 folder in ~/Library/Application Support would be a more sensible way.

Just remember doing this will lose all your chat transcripts etc.

Almost the same thing as using AppZapper, without having to re-download anything.
