Speaking of pen tablets, does anyone know where I can get a good one cheap? I've been looking into buying one of those for months.

I use Photoshop and a little Illustrator every now and then. I don't use a tablet myself, just a good ol' mouse. I started with a mouse and am now too used to it to want to change.

i know i shouldnt be requesting this but its very easy for those of you who make these b/c its just a duck listening to music with big headphones into and ipod or something in one hand and holding a comic book in the other. if anyone does this ill be sure to donate or something if youve got paypal or if you want a big thank you or something.

I said I would get back to it, and, by golly, I meant it!

This is supposed to be Adiumy in a godzilla costume. There's no legs, arms or tail yet, but, hey, it's a beginning.

Of course, now I'm thinking the costume looks a lot like Yoshi from Super Mario Bros.

Did whomever made the Marvin the Paranoid Android icon ever get a chance to make an animated version? I'd love to see it if s/he did!!

Oh, and what about an Animaniacs one? I can't be the only person who loves that show. (I would make one myself, but I can't do squat with images.)

Yes, that one. But based on the comments, it sounded like the creater wanted to change some things, and I wasn't sure if those changes ever happened.

Somehow, I missed this question earlier.

I can't remember if I had a specific technique or not, but I do know the most important thing is to have the glow around the saber to be a darker shade than the saber itself. I'm pretty sure I just duplicated the saber-part, made it a litte darker and blurred it. I probably duplicated the blurred layer a couple of times as well to spread the glow out.

Here's an update for ya.

I added the zipper to make it look more like a costume instead of Adiumy being swallowed by a green lizard/dragon/whatever. Didn't think that would be good for the kiddies. :twisted:

Actually, I just thought it clashed with the color of the duck...

<= its the same pink! *gasp*

Speaking of adium ducks... astronaut duck? I had one, almost done... then I got tiger - and, well, Gimp died, as did my external hardisk... so, I lost it. *sigh*
