Basically I would like to ask anyone with a little time and knowledge on their hands for a simple plugin that shows these rules in Adium every time the specific user (Bryan Veloso) is opened for IM. It's pretty basic... Bryan's blog is very popular and I'm sure he would post something about this plugin so the developer that helps me with this could get some exposure... This is not a useful plugin, it's more of a fun thing, but if anyone is willing to help, please do!
