problems with groups and contacts!!!

Why is it when i move contacts about to different groups, then delete a group that when i exit adium, then go back into it, it adds the group again and prompts me and says:
Buddy list synchronization issue in
myusername@hotmail.com (MSN)
myfriendsname@hotmail.com on the local list is inside the group "Individuals" but not on the server list. Do you want this buddy to be added?

are u using several MSN accounts at the same time?

No, i'm not - but I think I have figured it out. You can only move contacts around if they are actually online. Is this a known rule - it would make sense as the contact lists are on the MSN server so in order for it to be updated they would probably have to be online ( ? ) Anyone know? Sorry, I am a newbie to both Adium X & Macs altogether

QUICK QUESTION OFF THIS TOPIC: Rather than adding a topic about this I thought I'd ask you because you'll probably know - will there be a progress bar for file transfers with version 0.8?

Yes a Progress bar will be in the 0.8 File transfer. Unfourtunately, I can't help you with your other problem
