Can you explain in more detail? Do you want to move contacts to another account or move your account from Adium to MSN Messenger?

Adium uses server-side lists stored by MSN. MSN Messenger will display the same list, no need to transfer. To move contacts from Yahoo to MSN you'd need to manually add the contacts using MSN Messenger (I'd imagine.)
