I think I struggle with the same or at least a similar bug in the new version:

When I try to open links to BBC News or MacInTouch, I get error messages because the URL is invalid. The reason for this seems to be the part after/including the % character. Here are two examples:

The thing that is really strange about this problem is that it only occurs when I hit return to open a link. When I double-click an entry in the list, the link is opened correctly, i.e. as follows for the MacInTouch link (the BBC link just drops everything after/including the % character):

As most of my feed reading / link opening happens for the BBC, I would welcome an update/fix very much!

Thanks for the report. I have submitted a fix which will probably be included in Beta 9.
