Update all subscriptions does not work

Maybe this is a pebcac?

For me with the latest vienna beta, update all subscriptions is not working.

Steps to reproduce:

1. have vienna open (all subscriptions update fine on opening the software)
2. hit cmd + R to update all subscriptions
3. nothing happens
(this also holds true when using the menu instead of the keyboard shortcut)

Interestingly the shortcut command as well as the menu option for updating the selected subscription is working fine.

Thanks for enriching my vocabulary with pebcac
I could not reproduce the problem. Just note that if the previous run hasn't completed, "refresh all" will not launch.

Ok what you write explains the behavior.
