Twitter killed RSS, now what? (JSON?)

Twitter killing RSS.

When I go to that location I see:
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

So they only offer JSON. Is there any possibility to still subscribe twitter users using vienna then or is that over now?
