and when it came to setting up Vienna again on my new machine I now have an empty feed. Due to other losses I'm now looking into ways of backing up everything. Any thoughts?

Hi, is there a way to export and back up or sync my list of RSS feeds please? I recently had my computer and TIme Machine stolen and when it came to setting up Vienna again on my new machine I now have an empty feed. Due to other losses I'm now looking into ways of backing up everything. Any thoughts?
