Trouble with New subscription from IDPF

Prefs:
Check every 3 hours, Show Unread count.

I think you'll find it works if you add the RSS link noted on the home page to Vienna

The addition of the rss.xml allowed Vienna to subscribe, Thanks.
A question, while most subscriptions do not require one to add this, does this indicate the site is not supporting rss feeds in a good manner?

To help, the site could include some extra metadata about the RSS link from its homepage.
It's not necessary or required though.
