Hello,

i have a problem with the notifications in osx 10.9.2 if i deactivate them in settings they still appear on my screen.
How can i solve this problem?

I am afraid it is a bug in the Growl development framework : it appears also with their demo app.
I have submitted the issue to them and wait for the feedback.
