RC4 Doesn't Mark All Articles In Folder As 'Read'

I discovered this bug in the 3.0.0 RC4:

1. select a folder with more than one feed that has unread articles
2. press 'k' to mark all articles as 'read'.

RESULT: the unread counter in the folder/feed list is gone, but it appears that the unread articles in the article list pane have not been marked as 'read' -- the blue balls still appear beside each article.

3. select a different feed or folder
4. select the same folder selected in step 1.

RESULT: all articles have been marked as 'read'. I imagine the articles were marked as 'read' back in step 2, but that they were simply not being displayed as 'read'.

I'm using a 15-inch 2010 Macbook Pro with the latest OS X 10.9.4.

I could not exactly reproduce what you describe.

What I noticed is a slight delay (half a second ? may depend on number of feeds and articles) between the keyboard stroke and the refresh of the article list.
But at the end, the read/unread status is correctly updated.

I'm experiencing this too, starting with RC3. 10.7, using the horizontal layout.

The key seems to be that the feed needs to be in a folder, and that the mark all as read command is given while the focus is on the folder. If the focus is on an individual feed, the article list is redrawn with the unread article markers removed, as expected.
