Fresh install of Vienna 3 from Vienna Beta, won't open-

I was using Vienna Beta until I installed Vienna 3 and neither work at this point. The "recipes" thread or other threads had any fixes.

Could you please tell me which beta version you were using before?
I help with Vienna development.
