RSS feed reporting no updates?

I can't decide if the feed is the issue or if there is an issue with Vienna

It worked fine till a few weeks ago, but now if I refresh it - I get no updates even through their site has new articles. I've deleted it and re-added it and the first refresh pulls articles, but after it doesn't.

This is what I see when I look at the activity on it via Vienna

Got HTTP status 304 - No news from last check
