I created a new folder and it appeared at the end of the lists of folders and subscriptions. I want to move it earlier in the list, but when I drag it to where I want it, instead of appearing between the folders it appears as a subfolder in the adjacent folder.
How can I move it to the top level?

I think it works better if you ‘uncollapse’ the folder/feed list and then move the folder. It seems to be really a matter of being precise with the pointer.

Yeah, it is a bit a question of precision and practice.
When you drag the folder and reach the place you want to drop it, try to move the whole thing to the left. The drop indicator gives a pointer, but it is not as clear as it should be.

Thanks! Both the "uncollapse" and the "drag left" were very helpful!
