Engadget articles now show no content

Post by tut »

The blog formerly known as The Unofficial Apple Weblog (Engadget) must have changed their article format, because now Vienna shows nothing in each article. Is the failure to render them Engadget's fault or Vienna's?

Are you referring to this feed: https://www.engadget.com/rss.xml ? Looking at the source, there is no actual content under each article. Only the article title and its link are included. Maybe Engadget changed their internal publication system and did not bother to check how (well) the feed works.

Yes, that's the url I'm subscribed to. Thanks for looking into it. I'm not surprised they hosed the pooch. They seem to be run by a bunch of screwups.

Thanks a lot for the explanation. When writing and reading articles, this feature is really important, especially for me as a scientist. If you are currently studying at a college or university, I advise you to pay attention to the assignment service where you will find professional and quality help in writing academic texts.
