Subject line missing

I recently upgraded to Vienna 3.8.1 and there are three issues.

1. Vienna used to show the subject line between the List of articles and the body of the current article. In this version that is gone. Is there any way I can turn it back on?

2. Every time Vienna starts I get this message "The style Default appears to be missing or corrupted The Default style will be used instead."

3. Trying to fix issue 1 I changed the layout options, when I selected the 3rd option Vienna froze up and now crashes on restart.

I reverted to 3.7.4 and that fixes all 3 issues.

I acknowledge problem 2 (which is also reported at viewtopic.php?p=141012#p141012)

But I am unable to reproduce issues #1 and #3. Can you provide more informations about your configuration ?
