Prowl + Bluephone Elite Applescript doesn't work

Postby Gritzens » Thu Jul 09, 2009 7:03 pm

Hi,

i just married Bluephone Elite 2 to Growl, so that when i get an sms, i get an growl notification. so far so good.

But, i don't get any prowl notifications, although the growl notifications are working perfectly. When i set up the Prowl Notifications, i get the "this is a preview of bla"testnotification, but after that..nothing happens. Any ideas?

Heres my configuration:

This appears to be a bug in Growl that I've reported to the developers.

To clarify more: per-application and per-notification styles appear to be ignored completely, even for styles other than Prowl.

I wonder if it's a broken preference issue. Could you try moving ~/Library/Preferences/com.Growl.GrowlHelperApp.plist to another file name, test it out, and move it back when you're done?

ok, i did that, and on my mini, it sill works perfectly, and on my macbook it doesn't work at all, evel with exactly the same preferences set. both computers are running the same os and growl versions.

i find that somewhat strange ;)
