I second the request for Evernote (http://www.evernote.com). The iPhone app supports an evernote:// URL scheme (I checked that in Mobile Safari), though I have have been unable to locate any details on its semantics. Still, opening Evernote in a redirection would be dandy already, never mind advanced usage.

Mailroom
http://j.mp/mailroom

scheme: mailroom://to@address.com

Should send the recipient email address, not the sender email address.

No escaping of the @ - it's handled in-app. Thanks!

It would be great to have 2 different redirects for Google voice instead of the current 1: 1)Voicemail, 2) SMS. The current redirect takes you to the dialer screen which requires another click or two.

There is actually a redirection that says "Google Voice (Website - Inbox)", and one that says "Google Voice (Website - Dialer)", but the inbox option launches the dialer, and the dialer option launches Google.com. :\

Any chance that could be fixed?

For those who haven't used it, Friendz is a great app for checking if your xbox live friends are online as well as sending and recieving messages from them. And the mac client already uses growl for notifications!

Is there anyway to set this up with a Windows client machine? Or is there any other way at all to push from XBox Live to Prowl?

There are a few apps available for the iPhone for XBox Live friends and messages, including a version of Friendz, which I would love to compliment with push.

I noticed that iNag was updated recently (v 1.3), and this was one of the changes:

"Added custom url(inag://) support as requested for use with apps such as Prowl, etc."

I assume it now just needs to be added to the launchable application list?

zac wrote:I took a look at iNag's Info.plist, and it doesn't declare a URL scheme, so it's not launchable in its current version (1.0). When they add support for it, Prowl will be able to launch it.

XMPP/ Jabber Messaging URI Handling

xmpp:romeo@montague.net?message

This will initiate a message with the xmpp client to message romeo@montague.net

The prowl API accomodating this could be

Code: Select all

https://prowl.weks.net/publicapi/add?apikey=xxxx&application=xmpp event=romeo@montague.net description=incomingmessage priority=0

The event field is what is important here.

Can Melloware's Zwave Commander be added?

Also, how about CommandFusion's iViewer?

This has been mentioned before, but as a new user I would love to see Mobile Safari open up for Feed Monitor.

Why You can have Google Reader (web) And Google Voice (Web) and not have standalone Mobile Safari is way beyond me.

I don't know the URLs but I would love to see support for VoiceCentral Black Swan to open to either the SMS page or the voicemail page.

Hi again,

First off thanks for adding Safari! It didn't do the trick, but oh well at least it is there so that's a good thing :-)

In my ongoing struggle to get Google Reader updates redirects, I have an app that might just do the trick:

http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZSt ... mpt=uo%3D2

It's a standalone web based GReader app that goes right to your google reader account and nothing else, even though the tabs are right there.

I think that the problem I am having is that the notification is being pushed, but there is no link behind the notification. Why I don't know, but that is about the best I can come up with.

So my thinking is that if I can at LEAST get the reader page open, then I'll be fine.

Thanks again for this great application, I am using it more and more as I get more familiar with Growl and soon to be Snarl!

I second VoiceCentral Black Swan. Unfortunately, I don't know the URL's either. All I know is that it uses Safari in some way. Here's the website for it: http://voicecentral.riverturn.com/

Unfortunately, that only launches the VoiceCentral Website in Safari (where it tells you to make a home-screen link), not the VoiceCentral "weblication." Is there any way to launch that?

please support the voicecentral weblication. Currently, the redirection goes to the safari site which does not do anyone any good. It needs to launch the weblication.

thanks in advance.

The only URL I was provided for VoiceCentral is the one in Prowl. I'm not a user so I don't know what it needs to go to, but as far as I can tell it's the application URL.
