I believe the G-Whizz shortcuts are pending an update by the author; I'm using the ones he provided a few posts back.

Prowl supports recognizing xmpp: URIs and converting them to links, but it doesn't seem to have an option for generic XMPP (using the URI xmpp:) redirection, could this be added?

Sadly, no. Wordpress doesn't support a URL scheme in their Info.plist. You can write them asking for it to be added, which would allow Prowl to launch them.

I hope this hasn't been asked before, but could it be possible to add support for redirections to the dropbox app ? (their API is now public)

I prowl my notifications from dropbox so it would be cool to be able to launch the dropbox app directly from tapping a notification in prowl =]

Sadly Prowl can't launch Dropbox because Dropbox doesn't register for a custom URL.

Also, when redirecting to Mail, I end up in composing a new email, which is not really what I want. Is that on purpose? I just want to be redirected to my inbox.

For the ones with no URL scheme, you need to talk to the application's author..

Since these are pay apps, I'm not easily able to find out.. you can help though. Go to (depending on Mac or Windows, assuming Mac because I don't know the Windows one...)

1. <your iTunes library>/iTunes Media/Mobile Applications, and locate the .ipa for the application.
2. Copy the .ipa to your desktop (or some other convenient location)
3. Rename .ipa to .zip, and extract
4. Inside the Payload folder, locate the .app, right click, and "show package contents."
5. Open Info.plist and attach or quote it (inside

I do not have a jailbroken iphone and recently downloaded the appstore version of GV Mobile +. Both GV mobile options under the redirect list fail to launch the program when a notification comes in. Can you update this list to include the appstore version of GV Mobile +?

The URL types in the Prowl app have the ones from the App Store version - I just checked the Info.plist and compared. Try giving the device a restart to make the OS pick it up? I'll try testing myself when I get a chance, but the types are correct.
