I just installed 1.1.2 and noticed that the preview button under Display Options no longer works.

Growl is functioning as I am getting notifications from Adium when I am supposed to.

Are you on ppc or intel?

A new build is up now. Thank you for your report.

The_Tick: I am on Intel.

bgannin: No problem, I do what I can to help software I love. Will the 1.1.2 image posted on the main site be updated, or only the repo?

I'd like to have the latest stable build up, which is why I ask.

Both. The repository is already up to date, the website takes about 5 minutes to refresh its cache (so yes, it does have an updated image there.)

Thanks. I just updated, and it works now.

I did notice a new bug though. When you click the Applications tab it automatically opens the first item on the list to configure, whereas with the original 1.1.2 build it did not do this.

I think IB didn't reset the tab position as it used to (or this was not set as I thought it was.) That's frustrating.

Yeah, that's what I figured so I checked the source out, modified the nib myself, and then rebuilt 1.1.2 using the build script in the Release directory for myself.

All I did was go to the Applications tab, realized their was a hidden TabView, unhid the tab bar, selected the first tab, then re-hid it.

I did notice their is a way to set the default tab. You may want to consider doing that so that way if you do not reset the tab back to the default position yourself, it will still select the correct default tab.

It's been a while since I've done Mac development, but is their an easier way to change a selected tab when the tab's are hidden?

For personal use you don't need to use the makefile in the Release directory, that's for building the dmgs. You only need to open the Xcode project, set the target to growl, the build style to Deployment, and then double-click the preference pane in the build directory.

Ah, ok. I didn't realize that.

Just curious, do you have an answer to my other question?

In IB2 when you select a tab view item IB's inspector has a stepper that allows you to easily navigate between tabs.

In IB3 this stepper is gone (at least so far as I can tell) and you'll need to use the nib browser (I prefer in column mode) to drill down into the tab view and then click on the item you want to select.

I also fixed the build to have the right tab selected. Obviously the build gods have been against me today :(

I've downloaded Growl 1.1.2 yesterday afternoon and I'm encountering the same issue.
It seems that we have a new build that fixes the problem with the preview button. The download page still contains 1.1.2, where can I get this new build including the fix for the preview button ?

Thanks
