SmokeStacks upon startup or restart cannot always find Growl.(076 or1.1.2) on a few occasions i a get SmokeStacks popup upon startup or restart indicating that SmokeStacks cannot find Growl. On those occasions i usually have to into system preferences and start SmokeStacks.

If SmokeStacks (I assume this is some app, I'm unfamiliar with it) is having problems, you should contact the author first. It sounds like whatever test they have isn't as robust as necessary if it fails occasionally but works on restart.
