growlnotify ignores messages

Hello there,

growlnotify keeps ignoring messages my autotest scripts send. usually (but not always) the first message is show just as normal, but the next ones are ignored. i can even see this behaviour on the shell, doing things like

growlnotify -p 0 -m "JSLint passed" Pass

the first message is display, but if i do it again, it does nothing.
am i doing anything wrong? or could this be a bug?

I am seeing the same issue. It initially looked like it was related to spaces passed to arguments on the command line -even when quoted- but now it seems that it just ignores subsequent messages.

System info:
Mac OS X 10.5.2
Growl 1.1.2
