growl and irssi

So I've just installed Irssi (not MacIrssi) and i would really like growl to work with that so I looked around and came across this site:
http://growl.info/documentation/irssi.php. Now my question is: where can I download growl.pl, I can't seem to find it ANYWHERE.

As noted in step 3, you need the developers' download for your corresponding version of Growl. You'll then find it in the Perl bindings section.

I've looked through all of the material here:
http://growl.info/downloads_developers.php, but I just can't find it. Is it really there or am I blind?

I'm not familiar with Perl but it's binding component is available in the 1.1.2 SDK download, which I just verified.

Get Mac::Growl from cpan. Google cpan if you don't know how to use it.
Get the irssi.pl from the .7.6 download. We no longer support this, but you are free to use it all you would like.
