sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm new to the forum...

Where can I find Growl 1.1.3 ? All I see around for download is 1.1.2, but there are several posts mentioning 1.1.3 ?!?

Also is there any fix for GrowlMail in regards to Leopard/Mail 3.2 ?

1.1.3 isn't publicly distributed, it's currently in beta, and others have found it on our beta page. Yes, it fixes GrowlMail/Leopard.

Is there something I have to do to kick it in the head? I've installed Growl 1.1.3 and restarted Mail and I still don't get the notifications. Sorry if this was answered before.
