Triggering Applescipt/Shell Script

Unless I've missed something, this would be a feature request.
When a notification is created, I'd like to have an option to run a given Applescript or shell script with the data of the Growl message as an input. This way if a particular notification happens, I can have something more elaborate happen, as defined in the script.
So in an application's settings, along with Display Style, Stay On Screen, Priority, and Play Sound would be Run Script with a filename of a Applescript or shell script there. Maybe a pop-up menu of scripts stored in a particular Growl folder, with Other... for scripts located elsewhere.
I can imagine all sorts of ways to use this! Am I the only one?
