Building Tcl binding

Hi!
I downloaded the 1.1.2 SDK and wanted to build Tcl bindings.
This is what I got after following what is written in the docs:
zoran-2:tcl zoran$ ls
Makefile TclGrowler.h TclGrowler.m example.tcl growl.m pwrdLogo75.gif tcl.txt
zoran-2:tcl zoran$ make
make: *** No rule to make target `GrowlApplicationBridge.o', needed by `libgrowl.dylib'. Stop.
Looking at the Makefile, it seems as this cannot be working at all.
Is this a kown problem, and if yes, are there any fixes?
Am I using the "right thing" (i.e. the 1.1.2 SDK) or should I be really
downloading something else?
Are there any other things I have to know in order to build Tcl binding?
