Growl shows me the following message every time I start my Mac. However, it runs normally from what I can tell... I tried searching for this issue, but found nothing, both on SE-s as well as forums.

Growl could not bind the socket
Growl was unable to bind the socket for Network notifications, check to make sure that there aren't any other applications already using the port.

Thanks for the help! :)

My guess is something else is utilizing the port that Growl uses already.

Make sure you don't have two copies of Growl installed. Look in the PreferencePanes folder in the Library folder of your Home folder.
