I've been using Growl for a while, but with the last two updates, it is not working properly on login.
For a while, it was not displaying the notifications or playing sounds -- it would try to play the sound then give me a pop-up error message to tell me that it couldn't.
Now that I have the latest update, it is playing the sounds associated with my notifications from the start, but it is still not displaying any visual notifications. If I open up the preference pane for Growl and try going to "display options," the preview button won't even show a notification. The only way I can make it work is to stop Growl and start it up myself. Once I've re-started it, everything works fine.
Any thoughts? I tried searching this forum but had no luck.
