How to get GrowlTunes to start Automatically at login

Hey guys,
ive been browsing these forums for some time, i love growl and i love its integration, i use it for Mail, adium etc and try to stick to programs that have growl support just because i like it so much. But im having a problem, i don't like having a cluttered dock at the bottom on my mac, and i don't want growltunes to be in the dock because its not really an application that needs to be in the dock. I was wondering is there a way to set growltunes to automatically load when you start up/login, i currently have Growl to open at login. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
