Growl Mail NOT WORKING

I have tried every combination of symbols and words to get the growl mail notifier to list the account, sender and subject....all it will show is account and "1 new mail" how do I fix this!!!!

Well first, we need to know more about the issue. I'm not sure as to what's not working. Does it not load in mail preferences at all for instance?
Also, drop the !!!, it's not needed.
