couple of growlhelperapp hangs since updating to 1.2 release

since installing snow leopard i'd been running the 1.2 beta version, and i don't remember having any problems with it. but since updating from the beta to the 1.2 release version, growlhelperapp has crashed a couple of times, and i've had to kill it with activity monitor.

i've had similar crashes in the past, with older versions of growl, while running on leopard and probably tiger, but don't think i'd had them for a while (last few versions of growl or whatever). don't know if it's likely to be caused by a change made between the last beta and the new release version, or if it's just coincidence...?

Hi there !

my Imac seems to slow down from time to time and the culprit seems to be GrowlHelperApp.
It's eating 95 to 99% of one of my cores for no visible reason.

I'm joining a sample here.
